The single polypropylene cold frame is 3’x2’.
Made from premium materials, the frame is maintenance free, corrosive free aluminium. The polypropylene glazing has excellent heat retention properties allowing for more even distribution of heat, is a good light transmitter and is also far less liable to break than standard glass, making it a much safer option if you have pets or children.
Coldframes have a cooler environment than a standard greenhouse with a foundation. This makes them a good “half way home” for your plants from the greenhouse to being planted in your garden. Because of their small size, kids will get to enjoy the experience of gardening alongside their parents.
