GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions placed online or direct with Burtenshaw Garden Buildings Ltd.  Please read them carefully before placing an order. All transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and any dispute shall be dealt with exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the buyer’s statutory rights

THE GOODS
The price of the goods is shown in Pound Sterling (£) and includes UK VAT at the rate applying at the time of the order (currently 20%).

All information/pictures/colours and prices on this website are checked and updated regularly. Every effort is made to make them accurate. We do not accept any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy or suitability of the information found or offered on this website.  

Descriptions and prices of all products are subject to change, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Any promotions and special offers are subject to availability.

PAYMENT
Payment for online orders can be made via secure server or by phone. Credit and Debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Should the card issuer refuse to authorise payment to us, the order to which the failed payment relates will not be processed. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

OWNERSHIP of the goods supplied to you remains the property of Burtenshaw Garden Buildings Ltd until payment for all goods and services is received in full.

DELIVERY
Delivery is normally direct from the manufacturer on their transport. Goods are unloaded to the nearest delivery point, and are not taken around to the back of the garden. Risk on the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. Moving the goods to the installation site remains the responsibility of the customer or their builder/installer.
Greenhouse manufacturers’ vehicles are large lorries similar in size to a removal van. Should access to your property be restricted precluding delivery on such a vehicle, you must inform us in order that any possible alternative could be agreed.  In any case of damage/grievance/injury caused by delivery, claims should be directed to the manufacturer.
Product lead times are subject to seasonal differences and where stated are approximate only. Notification of delivery date will normally be made to you a minimum of 7 days before the delivery date.

WARRANTY
All goods are subject to the manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated. It excludes circumstances beyond our control, such as Act of God. It also excludes any fault or damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse of the greenhouse.

COMPLAINTS
Please check the goods as soon as possible after delivery, retaining packaging in case any returns become necessary. Should you wish to make a complaint regarding damaged or missing goods, please notify us, within 14 days of delivery, by email to enquirie@burtenshawgardenbuildings.co.uk
